Pick a date as far in advance as possible to ensure plenty of time to plan and prepare for your special event. We request 4 weeks to plan for your special event, but have been able to service events in smaller planning periods.
Beverage Station Necessities - In planning for event locations, please keep in mind there are a few items needed to allow for our service...
Site Access - depending on the size of your event and the amount of beverage stations needed, we request access to site location 1/2 hour to 1 hour prior to start of serving time for setting up our equipment. Set up and clean up time is included in your price. If there is a delayed start between set up and service start time, and/or end of service and our ability to pack up, due to event delays, there will be a price adjustment.
Traffic Flow - We understand your need to serve as many guests as quickly as possible, and walk a fine line between being friendly and being efficient. We will try to accommodate every guest request while maintaining a productive work flow. Multiple beverage stations are available for larger events.
Gratuities - The pleasure and satisaction your guests receive from our service is enough for us. We do not expect or will solicit gratuities, but are flexible on this point.
Confirmation - Several days prior to your event, we will call to confirm previously agreed upon:
